ACCOM's self-lubricating and wear-resistant PA6 is the material of choice for oil-free applications due to its extremely low coefficient of friction (0.1–0.2) and excellent wear resistance.

Its core advantage is that the self-lubricating transfer film formed by solid lubricants such as PTFE and graphite can operate stably for a long time under high loads (50–80MPa) and a wide temperature range (-30°C to 150°C), and at the same time has the characteristics of chemical resistance, shock and noise reduction, and light weight (density is only 1/7 of that of metal).

The material significantly reduces the wear rate of dynamic components (3–5 times higher than standard PA6) while maintaining the underlying mechanical strength of PA6 and completely eliminates the need for lubrication maintenance.
